Dear readers,
In a world where change is the only constant, Dominican Dispatches is spreading its wings, embarking on an exciting journey of evolution and transformation. Here are some things I would like to share with you.
A New Logo
First things first, let's talk about the new logo. Take a close look, and you'll see a paper plane, the universal emblem of Dominican Dispatches that yearn to reach every corner of the world. This paper plane symbolises the commitment to delivering a unique message to a global audience, crossing borders and boundaries.
But that's not all. On top of this paper plane is the radiant Star of St. Dominic. Why, you ask? Because at the core, Dominican Dispatches aspires to be more than just an ordinary blog. It is a preaching mission dedicated to sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ in the footsteps of Saint Dominic and engaging with the world in its wonderful complexity.
Ciao, Italia!
I am also thrilled to announce the arrival of an Italian section. Yes, you read that right. From now on, you'll be able to immerse yourself in the dispatches in English and Italian. Our global community is diverse, and Dominican Dispatches wants to connect with as many of you as possible. Whether you're an English speaker or an Italian enthusiast, it will enrich your experience.
A New Face, New Content
But the surprises don't stop there. A new friar is joining me on the board of the Dominican Dispatches (just in case you had started to wonder how on earth I managed to improve my Italian so quickly!). He comes from Italy, is a student brother, a good friend, and he will introduce himself soon to you.
The Countdown Begins
So, here's the deal: November 1st is when all these exciting changes will be fully unveiled.
Here's the critical bit: as November 1st approaches, I'll share instructions on navigating the new Italian section. We want to make sure you're prepared for the adventure that awaits. In the meantime, you can go and follow our new profiles on Facebook and Instagram!
So, stay tuned, and God bless!
Fr. Richard
